The Opportunity
We are a Silicon Valley venture-backed company with a Melbourne HQ. We have assembled an elite engineering team to build a category-defining product. The tech is world-class, the market is ready, and the vision is global.
We are looking for our first GTM hire. You won’t just be doing sales, you will be partnering directly with the CEO to architect how we sell, who we sell to, and how we tell our story on the world stage.
This is a role for someone who cares about their personal brand, wants to build in public, and is ready to dig deep for high reward.
- The CEO’s Wingperson: You will work lock-step with the CEO to close deals across multiple geographies. You’ll be the commercial face of the company alongside the founder.
- Full-Stack Pipeline Building: You care deeply about marketing. You aren't waiting for leads; you are generating them through virality, content, networks, and outbound hunting.
- Brand & Virality: You understand that in the modern era, the best sales channel is a strong brand. You will help create the "noise" and viral loops that make the product famous.
- Professional Services DNA (Required): You have a background in Professional Services (Consulting, Advisory, Big 4, etc.). You understand rigorous delivery, client service, and how to navigate corporate structures.
- Wealth Management Fluency (Strong Plus): You understand the nuance, privacy, and sophistication of the wealth management industry.
- A 'Public' Builder: You care about your personal brand. You want to be known as a thought leader. You are excited to leverage your own profile to elevate the company, and vice versa.
- High Agency: You don’t need a playbook; you write it. You are resilient, fun to work with, and motivated by uncapped upside.
