We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as Chief of Staff – Finance & Operations. This unique role blends strategic, financial, and operational oversight with Chief of Staff responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company while also helping steer strategic initiatives that drive growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee accounting, compliance, and investor reporting functions.
- Work with external partners (e.g., accountants, legal counsel, HR providers).
- Optimise internal operations, tools, and systems for scalability and efficiency.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO.
- Facilitate effective decision-making and ensure follow-through on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare internal communications, board materials, investor updates, and strategic presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments.
- Support fundraising, hiring, and corporate development initiatives as needed.
About You
- Previous Experience: Finance, operations, consulting, or a Chief of Staff role.
