Join Avertro, a venture-backed cybersecurity startup building a platform that empowers security leaders to manage cyber risk with confidence. We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to own our product’s narrative, drive go-to-market success, and empower our sales and marketing teams.

This role is for a strategic storyteller who can synthesize complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with CISO and enterprise risk audiences.

✨ The Opportunity

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the critical link between product, sales, and marketing. You will own the core messaging and positioning, ensuring every external and internal touchpoint clearly articulates our unique value proposition. You will join us at a critical growth stage, where our platform is live with enterprise customers and rapidly scaling, making your role pivotal in accelerating our market presence and commercial success.

🧩 What You’ll Do
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop and maintain clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging and positioning that targets key personas (CISO, Risk Executive, Security Leader).
  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Support our GTM strategies for new product features and major releases, coordinating across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, competitive battle cards, demo scripts, customer success stories) that arm the sales team to win.
  • Market Intelligence: Become the expert on our buyers, their pain points, and our competition. Use this knowledge to influence product roadmap and refine messaging.
  • Content Creation: Partner with the wider team to translate core messaging into high-quality marketing assets (e.g. social media posts, rich media, website copy, whitepapers, webinars, blogs).
  • Customer Advocacy: Drive the creation of case studies, testimonials, and video content that showcase customer success and quantifiable value.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably within B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity sector.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Direct experience supporting successful GTM strategies and product launch plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to leverage market data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and a proven track record of creating effective sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
