Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant – Financial Services to ensure the successful delivery of our solution to institutional clients. You will be the central force driving end-to-end engagement delivery—from onboarding through to results. This includes supporting fund manager participation, maintaining high-quality emissions data estimates, and ensuring that our clients—including several of Australia’s leading superannuation funds overseeing more than $400bn in AUM—have a clear line of sight into the emissions footprint of their unlisted holdings.

You’ll work across consulting, sales enablement, and product feedback loops to help scale our solution with efficiency and precision. You'll also surface market insights and collaborate on strategic product directions that benefit both clients and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client engagements including campaign planning, execution, and fund manager onboarding
• Manage and resolve queries from fund managers to support accurate data collection and transparency
• Ensure delivery of the best possible source of emissions data for private market portfolios
• Coordinate with the consulting and product teams to translate field insights into roadmap decisions
• Identify and surface macro-trends (e.g., shift toward physical risk management) to inform internal strategy
• Feed leads into commercial workflows to support upselling additional fund manager solutions

Your Background

• 5–10 years' experience, ideally at a Big 4 firm or similar, with a track record of leading client engagements
• Deep knowledge of PCAF and working knowledge of the GHG Protocol (or a willingness to get up to speed quickly)
• Familiarity with SFDR and EDCI (or a willingness to get up to speed quickly)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action
