We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Service Delivery Manager to join our remote team. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure service levels are met, identifying areas for improvement, and driving operational excellence.

The role includes (but may not be limited to) the following functions:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery issues, concerns, and escalations.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered according to agreed-upon service levels and quality standards.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Manage the service delivery budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost control.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet service delivery objective.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
