About the role

SignOnSite is looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team expanding into the UK; this position will focus on emerging to the mid-market and potentially collaborating on tier 1/enterprise builders.

Day-to-day, your role would look like this:

  • Simultaneously manage multiple opportunities through the sales pipeline. This includes completing detailed discovery, product demonstrations, problem-solving with a challenger and solution mindset, and negotiations with various stakeholders in the buying process.
  • Managing a combination of inbound leads and regular prospecting across your territory to generate a healthy pipeline of 3-1 coverage.
  • This is a full quota-carrying role, so you should be comfortable managing and attaining sales targets regularly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • You will work in a startup environment with other go-getters and high-impact individuals.
  • Conduct consultative and cross-functional discovery calls and act as a consultant to the customer to identify their needs and align customer challenges with impact-driven solutions using the SignOnSite system.
  • Regular activity, including outbound calls, emailing, and face-to-face and online meetings.
  • Work with marketing in account-based marketing and outreach to identify champions within key target accounts.
  • Coordinate and respond to RFPs and larger midmarket and potential enterprise accounts.
  • Actively overcome sales objections throughout the sales process.
  • Understand the construction technology market landscape, including competitor awareness and differentiation.
  • Attend industry-based events to represent SignOnSite and source additional opportunities through face-to-face networking and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with an SDR for prospecting activities and suggested campaigns targeting customer profiles (ICP) and intervene where necessary.
  • Understand and implement a systematic challenger approach to sales methodology.
  • Generate customer quotes and invoices and collect customer funds.
  • Engage with Customer Success to complete customer handovers to ensure a smooth onboarding and positive customer journey.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SignOnSite sales department.
  • Provide feedback to the Customer Success and Product departments to improve customer satisfaction and the market-centric product feature roadmap.
  • Where applicable, engage with appropriate internal stakeholders to assist in sales conversion.
